Following an extraordinary year, the approach of the end-of-year holidays and the accompanying range of festivities promises a boost to our spirits. It may be unlike its predecessors, yet Christmas is still coming to Paris Region – bringing with it amazing illuminations, enchanting shop windows, multicoloured decorations, hair-raising circuses, shimmering garlands and tables set with delicious dishes. A wonderful experience for all the family to enjoy. Ho, ho, ho!
Experience Christmas in Paris Region
Great news! Christmas is definitely coming to the Paris Region this year. On 28 November, the shops that are so key to our festive pleasures have reopened their doors, with enhanced health measures in place. From 15 December, cinemas, theatres and museums will once again be welcoming the public. And even though we are being asked to stay alert and keep our distance, the evenings of 24 and 31 December, with the lifting of curfew restrictions, will still offer a truly festive atmosphere.
At the time of writing, the health situation is still fluid, and so some of our information may not be up to date. We will be posting updates on a regular basis.
