Baieta

Baieta

Welcome to Julia Sedefdjian's restaurant in the historic Latin Quarter of Paris. The starry promise of sunny cuisine.

Description

Talented and passionate, Julia Sedefdjian has become a figure of the French Gastronomy, thanks to her star that has made her the youngest starred chef in France. With her two partners, Sébastien Jean-Joseph and Grégory Anelka, she has just opened Baieta (a kiss in Nice patois), her first restaurant, located on the left bank near the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district.

It will seduce you with its elegant and uncluttered decoration, its large fresco signed Frédéric Agid and its rum cellar. A warm and welcoming place in tune with the owner's image and her cuisine. This great woman chef has become an essential part of Parisian gastronomy!

A 1-star restaurant

For the surprise is above all in the plate with a profusion of flavours that take us to the shores of the Mediterranean sea. A comforting and imaginative cuisine like her flagship dish, Bouillabaieta, a bouillabaisse revisited and accompanied by rust and croutons. Monkfish, Saint-pierre, scorpion fish and squid splash happily in a fish soup. A delight!
